In this laboratory, students apply fundamental physical phenomena, including the laws of heat transfer, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics. The lab is equipped with state-of-the-art educational experiments that measure and monitor changes in fluid properties such as pressure, velocity, and the forces exerted by the fluid, as well as the effects of different conditions on energy loss. The lab also features demonstrations of various heat transfer modes and the performance of each mode. Experiments are conducted on different thermodynamic cycles, such as refrigeration and heat pump cycles, multistage reciprocating compressor cycles, steam power plants, and internal combustion engines..
