The criteria for transferring between departments at the College of Engineering in Al-Kharj are as follows:

  1. The student must successfully complete all fifth-level courses in the department from which he is transferred.
  2. The student must obtain the required GPA for the department to be transferred to.
  3. The number of seats available for the department to be transferred to is two.
  4. The number of transferees is related to the number of seats available in the department to be transferred to. In the case that the number of applications exceeds the number of available seats, priority is given to the highest GPA.
  5. A student is allowed to transfer between departments only once.
