On Monday, 15th of Safar, 1446 AH, the College of Engineering held a welcoming meeting for the faculty members to mark the beginning of the new academic year 1446 AH. The meeting began with a welcoming speech from the esteemed Dean of the college, who extended his greetings to the faculty members and expressed his pleasure in meeting them. He also thanked and appreciated the university president, as well as all the college staff and students, for their outstanding efforts in alignment with the university's aspirations.
The Dean also offered sincere thanks and gratitude to the members of the Quality and Academic Accreditation Committee for their remarkable efforts and the positive results achieved, which will, God willing, support the achievement of further goals that the university and the college are specifically aiming for. He emphasized the college's commitment, under the university president's supervision, to develop its programs and curricula in line with the needs and requirements of the job market.
The Dean then discussed the college’s plan for the academic year 1446 AH, stressing the significant role of faculty members in successfully implementing the plan. He urged everyone to collaborate and put in more effort to achieve excellence and creativity, aiming to produce graduates who are scientifically, technically, and skillfully qualified to contribute to the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
The meeting was attended by the college's vice deans, department heads, faculty members, and administrative staff.
