One of the most important factors on which universities depend for their success and advancement in their classification is the interest for the quality of teaching and learning, hiring highly qualified faculty members and providing social service through research cooperation and providing scientific consulting. From this standpoint, the College of Engineering endeavored to excellence in engineering education, scientific research, and community partnership.
The result of this was the accreditation of the academic programs (Civil Engineering Program, Mechanical Engineering Program and Electrical Engineering Program) by ABET.
On the other hand, the Vice-Deanship of Educational and Academic Affairs at the College of Engineering for Educational and Academic Affairs was keen to contribute to achieving the vision and mission of the college by providing a high-quality educational environment that is compatible with the requirements of international and national accreditations and thus helps students to succeed in their educational career and provide the necessary services to students for example: Providing laboratories equipped with the latest technology and providing academic counseling service to students and preparing graduates to the job market by providing professional courses and lectures by the college's alumni unit.
Also, the Vice-Deanship for Educational and Academic Affairs at the College of Engineering was keen to provide training opportunities by communicating with distinguished training companies so that the trainee student could benefit from practical training in the workplace.
In conclusion, we ask God for success and payment for what is good and high for the college and university and our dear country to our hearts.
