The department awards a degree of Master of Electrical Engineering in Communication Systems after completing (42) credit hours distributed according to the study plan. The student must also do a two-semester research projects
Program Mission:
Providing a high-quality graduate program in the communication systems and produce distinctive graduates with competitive skills, depth knowledge in communication technologies, practical research abilities, and with mastery of communications technologies through standardized academic environment, and effective community partnerships.
Program Goals:
The program aims to continuously achieve the following goals:
PG1. Prepare graduates with a high degree of knowledge in communication technology to enable them to analyze communication technology problems.
PG2. Develop and promote technical skills needed to design, implement, and test solutions in the field of communication technology.
PG3. Prepare graduates to conduct practical research about the development of the communication technology industry in Saudi Arabia.
PG4. Critically analyze and evaluate the more advanced and latest problems, concepts and theories in the field of communication technologies.
PG5. Enhance a partnership with the community
