<p>A.1 <strong><em>Offices</em></strong></p>

The administrative and faculty offices of the Electrical Engineering Department are all located in Section HS of College of Engineering building (campus building #13) at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University main campus. The administrative department associate has a workstation/reception counter in the second floor. A multipurpose network copier machine is located in the administrative department. The office of the EE department chairman is located at the second floor. The Electrical department holds its regular meetings in a room, equipped with a computer, LCD projector, and smart-board. The EE department has 22 offices at section HS with total space area of about 792.51m2. These office spaces are equipped with telephones, internet and administrative computers. The faculties have individual offices in various locations in the second floor; however, they are predominantly clustered in close proximity to the department area described above. Each faculty member has a private office that is approximately 3x3m2. The office equipment includes standard desk, chair, bookcases, table and two chairs for meeting with students. Each faculty member has a telephone line, desktop computer with Internet access as well as a laptop and Laser printer Offices and all spaces are connected to the internet and covered by Wi-Fi.</p>

<p>A.2 <em><strong>Classrooms</strong></em> <strong><em>and</em></strong> <strong><em>Equipment</em></strong></p>

The EE department has 12 classrooms with total space area of about 681.86m2. The EE department has three large classrooms available that seat 45 students, six classrooms available to seat 35 students and three classrooms that seat 25 students. All classrooms are equipped with SMART Boards and projectors for computer-based material as well as with white boards. Network access is available in all classrooms as well. Laptop computers are available to faculty if needed, but faculty members normally use their own laptops for this purpose. The EE Library/Seminar room, available for classes although it is not formally scheduled for such. It has a projector system and internet access. The EE department also has a one stadium-style computer teaching labs are also available as needed. The department has a conference room in the lobby, ground floor, which seats 200 students equipped with video-projector and sound system as well as internet access. This space is shared with the Mechanical, Civil, and Industrial Engineering Departments. The classrooms are adequate for the needs of the program and the task of supporting the department mission and program objectives. </p>
